GOALS AND OBJECTIVE

The Goal and Objective

2010 – 2014

Goal 1. This goal means that the MUST has the vision to focus in improving more method of instruction no longer the traditional method, looking or recruiting more excellent instruction to teacher with materials degree,offering more courses aside from the present courses offered which can concrete to other colleges an universities which can attract more students to enrolling different field of studies.


Goal 2. This goal to fully equipped the students when research in concern create an area which focuses on the different fields of studies and putting them in the area which very conducive to them. Enhancing an access to research grant from others external source like from the national,international or regional research finds to achieve the goal to be the best university for research.


Goal 3. Means to create more productive extension activities like in reach program through community build up and expanding information about the quality of the university or the school awarding or rewarding those people in the organization who done or conducted these extension information drive.


Goal 4. This goal means that the university is creating research work in technical method in related to conserving energy and environment. Through this, it help much for every individual to learn more and how to protect our environment. This can also be done through commercialization or information.


Goal 5. Focus on the wellbeing on the student, the quality of the student who will be enrolled because they will undergo first entrance examination and identify who will be the deserving student qualified for scholarship grant. The university helps the student to know where field of study they are best suited that in the near future they will be a successful in their field of study.


Goal 6. This goal 6 give emphasize on reconstruct in maximizing the library structure and materials, installing a big area for library that conducive to the student or researchers. Fully equipped the students and teachers for instructional materials and manual that help them more knowledgeable enough on their field of study.


Goal 7. This goal 7 talks all the constructing or installing and improving of different buildings that will be post up in the university premises but one thing is not included is a certain prayer room both Catholic and Muslim where in the student could pray during vacant hour that will help more or give emphasis in the student's come up holistic well being.


Goal 8. It give emphasis in the advanced information and method of managing and operating an automotive information system in ICT as one of the courses offered here in the university but as I've known not all students or even teachers until now have no knowledge about operating a computer and I suggest that the school should offer short term basic computer class.


Goal 9. Talks about recruitment and retaining outstanding faculty and staff. This is very important in the university because in the first place if the university has the quality, excellent and outstanding faculty ans staff and they can also produce quality, excellent and outstanding student. They should be the model to the student.


Goal 10. This goal 10 talks on how to manage the budget, maximizing the income and to finance all the project and programs in the university to come up successful university.
