IT Obstacle in Educational Practice

As we all know that all countries have been encountered obstacle regarding educational practice because now a days there are such students not only the students but also the teacher they don't know how to properly use the computer or applied some instructional material related to the educational technology . IT obstacles talks about the important of being a students to undertake such process using ICT, In order for student have an advanced knowledge/skills of what the educational impart to them and they should pursue educational practice that they acquire from the school. As a part of teachers, they should train the students by means of "education" or by means of educating the students. They should develop better instructional practice with the using of such educational technology imposed in every school. Information Technology in Educational Practices are very important to all of us in a way that it can improve our individual capability or it can have a deep understanding with the use of IT. As a future teacher we should be flexible applying such educational technology to our students to enhance the educational process in teaching learning..

However using this educational program their are some obstacles encountered to IT Educational Practices because such computers are often used by limited number of users. There are some of students are not capable to use because of limited materials and some also are poorly trained in this practices and lack of political will. As what we have experienced in our country, there are some problems to be undertake such as lock of planning of Government officials or lock of funds/budget, shortage of hardware, absence of standards, inadequacy of teacher preparation, need of software updates, lack of computer expertise, lack of knowledge of how to apply technology in the classroom or implementing to the students acquired in educational technology, insufficiency of access to computers,lock of students deeper understanding and so on so fort. these are the common obstacles in educational technology approach that's why educational are on going process to be implement in our country.

REACTION of ICT Policcies and Strategeis

There are lots of countries has been progressive with the use of ICT for effective learning and it can help spreading/broadening the delivery of education and it also can help increase the capability of the teacher to effectively way in learning in school and also for the student to gain more or advance knowledge and to develop their order thinking skill and as a whole individual person it can be develop better or deep understanding. In my own insight regarding ICT of Australia,Hongkong's, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand which is designed primarily for easier communication used for efficiency and effective learning approach that helps the student, gain more and advance knowledge with the use of ICT.

New Zealand have been developing use of ICT by both the school sector and the technical/vocational and teacher, they also proposed the ICT schools cluster program in which cluster of school would support each other to incorporate the new technology both at a classroom and a whole table process. These program represents a creative departure from the traditional model of in service training where by teachers are taken out of the school for short period of training.

Australia the aim of Australia is to educate the student in integrating ICT policy as well as the student improve and remain their confident , creative thinking ad they are productive users of new technologies, particularly information and communication technologies.

Hongkong has also a progressive country as it said that ICT policy can benefit the community and enhance hongkong position as a leading digital. They are providing free computer with internet connection for public use at convenient locations, they are ensured that all residents have access to and to make meaningful use of computer facilities. It is advantage to be applied especially if they are offers on going education campaigns and training courses to help the public improve their skills and it is one way of transmitting and accessing of quick information from one place to another.

Malaysia also integrating ICT policy for educational purpose like what Australia implement but not only for those students can send to school but it is also for those students cannot provide to school or those under privileged children, they are providing programs connect to Orphanage and other NGO's to empower those indigenous children. It is measures include the enhancement of education and training programs provision of an environment conducive to the development of ICT.

Singapore they are underlying rationale behind the plan was that students needed to acquire skills such as the ability to think independently and creatively, to be competent and confident problem-solvers, and to be life-long learners. The use of Information Technology was seen as a means of preparing students with such skills, and it would thus be important to equip schools and teachers with the necessary infrastructure.

Phillipines can be more progressive than those said countries if the government official and all individual person involve on this programs will be united as one, will cooperate and be responsible enough in decision making especially in facing some risk/ problem of our country. We all know that Philippines are also integrating ICT Policy to educate Filipino student or as a whole individual person but some of those ICT Policy compared to the other country are not applicable/suited in the Philippine because of lock of funds/budget. Philippine government official should implement education expansion project in rural area especially those student far away from urban area and also those elementary student must have the privileged to apply this ICT on how to use computers effectively/properly, In order they can gain advance knowledge or deep understanding.
